We installed exterior French drains around the house, sealed the basement, and insulated the foundation. We also installed drain lines in the yard as well as around the garage to dry up the yard. We ran a water line and electrical line to the garage. We also installed all new water lines in the home as well as a new well pressure tank, a water softener, and hot water heater.
